Pricing & Refund Policy

YTNotes offers clear, transparent pricing for our digital subscription plans. All prices are in USD.

1. Pricing Structure

We offer two plans:

Starter (Free Plan)

  • Price: $0/month
  • Features:
    • 3 free notes per day
    • Note editing and organization
    • Multiple language support
  • No monthly or annual charges.

Premium Plan

  • Monthly: $3.99/month
  • Annual: $35.88/year (25% discount, billed annually)
  • Features:
    • Upto 25 video notes per day
    • Note editing and organization
    • Multiple language support
    • Download notes as PDF
    • Support longer videos (upto 4 hours)
    • Customise notes using your prompts
    • Priority email support
    • Priority access to all new features

2. Billing & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
  • Annual plans require full payment upfront and provide a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
  • Payments are processed securely via our payment provider Dodo Payemnts.

3. Taxes

  • Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

  • Since YTNotes provides digital products with instant access, all subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.
  • Exceptions:
    • Duplicate charges due to technical errors.
    • Billing errors caused by our system.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting support@verdinapps.com.

5. Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the price difference is charged on a prorated basis.
  • Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

7. Free Plan

  • Our free plan is completely free and does not require payment details.
  • Users on the free plan can upgrade at any time to a paid plan.
